How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance for scenic tours and 1 week for private charters. During peak season (July–September, December–January), booking 2 weeks ahead is advisable. Same-day bookings may be possible depending on aircraft availability.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety is our absolute priority. If weather conditions don't meet our strict flight safety criteria, we will reschedule your flight at no additional cost or provide a full refund. Our team monitors weather continuously and will contact you in advance if conditions look unfavorable.
How many passengers can fly?
Depending on the aircraft: Bell 407 seats up to 4 passengers, Airbus H130 up to 5, and Airbus H145 up to 6 in VIP configuration. Weight limits apply per aviation regulations. We'll help you choose the right aircraft for your group size.
Is it safe to fly in a helicopter?
Absolutely. All helicopters in our network are maintained to international standards, operated by pilots with 2,000+ flight hours, and fully insured. We have completed over 500 flights with a 100% safety record. Read more on our Safety page.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable, close-fitting clothing. Avoid loose scarves, hats, or anything that could get caught in the wind. Bring sunglasses and your camera or phone for photos. Noise-cancelling headsets are provided. Avoid heavy perfume or cologne.
Can I bring luggage on a transfer?
Yes, each helicopter has a luggage compartment. Standard allowance is 1 medium suitcase (up to 15kg) plus a small personal bag per passenger. For larger groups or excess luggage, we can arrange additional transport. Let us know your luggage needs when booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for tours and transfers. Private charters have custom cancellation terms based on the booking. Weather cancellations are always fully refundable. A 30% deposit is required to confirm most bookings.
Do you offer hotel pickup?
Yes, we can arrange luxury ground transport to and from the helipad. This is included in premium tour packages and available as an add-on ($50–$100) for standard tours and transfers. We cover all major resort areas in Bali.
Can children fly?
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 2 must sit on an adult's lap (no additional charge). Children 2+ require their own seat and are charged at the standard rate. We provide child-friendly headsets and our pilots are experienced with families.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer (IDR/USD), credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and PayPal. A 30% deposit confirms your booking with the balance due 24 hours before departure. Corporate clients can arrange invoicing terms.
